Energy healing, or energy medicine, is simply bringing your mind, body, and soul into resonance with divine source energy and grounding earth energy. As the practitioner, I call in and channel these energies to move through your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

These energies are found in all human cultures, religions, and denominations. Source: some call it God, some call it divine, and some call it the universe. I just call it Source.

My personal belief is that source energy is the pure feeling of warm, unconditional love.

However, you do not have to believe in a higher power at all to activate or receive this energy. This energy is part of the vast universe, earth, and your body.

For optimal energy medicine work, we also need to recognize the wisdom of the earth, and learn to work with grounding earth energy. This is a practice that many modern/western religions, practices, and cultures have forgotten.

Energy medicine helps us find the optimal path for our purpose to manifest in the physical world. We remember our essential joy, as we begin to trust and live more in a state of flow and grace. Energy medicine helps ease suffering as we reconnect ourselves with who we are as our

This is where I come in. I am an energy guide or channel. I help you learn how to access these energies every day, and at any time. Energy medicine helps us remember our essential joy, as we live in a state of flow and grace, and helps ease suffering as we reconnect ourselves with who we are as our highest selves for our greatest good. We remember how to revere and wonder. I teach you skills to help YOU heal what ails you. We work together to access and bring your body and mind into alignment with source and earth energies.

The sense of urgency I have to spread this message to as wide of an audience as possible is as follows:

My vision is that by sharing this healing energy and source experience that we all have instant access to: one to one, online, and to our communities, we can reshape our future and the future of planet earth. We can create more compassionate, just, and caring societies.

  • We are in the midst of a global pandemic
  • Racial disparities are more evident even though they have always existed
  • Income and financial inequality is huge and vast
  • The world is on fire more and more
  • Refugee crises will continue = increase in fascism, authoritarianism, and nationalism globally
  • Our young people are more depressed and medicated than ever before (here in the US… and no judgment from me, I have been there myself)
  • Earth + plant + animal + human life are stressed
  • Never before have we had so much access to technology and information, yet never before have we felt less well and connected

It doesn’t have to be this way. Our narrative does not have to be one of constant and ever-increasing trauma. When we are centered, grounded, and calm we each create a ripple effect and our communities can make/create better lives for ourselves and our children.
